TrustyFans is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and welcoming space for Creators and Fans. These Community Guidelines outline what is and isn’t allowed on the platform. By using TrustyFans, you agree to follow these rules at all times.

1. Mission

Our mission is to provide a trustworthy platform that enables fans to discover new content creators, fostering genuine connections and promoting transparency within the industry. We are committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment where creators can thrive and fans can engage with confidence.

2. Scope of These Guidelines

These rules apply to all users and all types of content across the platform, including but not limited to:

• Public profile content
• Uploaded media
• Messages between users or with support
• Comments and reviews

All users are expected to follow these guidelines at all times.

3. Respectful Conduct

• Treat all community members with kindness and respect.
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected class is not allowed.

4. Content Ownership & Consent

• Only share content that you own or have legal rights to distribute.
• You must have verified consent from anyone featured in your content.
• Content involving individuals without their permission - or whose identity, age, or consent cannot be verified - is strictly prohibited.
• Non-consensual, stolen, or misleading content will be removed and may result in a ban.

5. Content Standards

TrustyFans prohibits nudity, sexually explicit content, and adult material that goes beyond the platform’s standards for respectful and non-explicit presentation. Suggestive or teasing content, such as lingerie, form-fitting attire, or implied nudity where private areas remain fully covered, is permitted, provided it stays within what would generally be considered legally acceptable in a public setting and aligns with our expectations for tasteful and respectful visual expression.

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

• Nudity or sexually explicit acts (real, simulated, or implied)
• Sexual or romantic depictions of minors (real, fictional, or artistic)
• AI-generated, deepfake, or heavily altered media where identity or age cannot be verified
• Sexualized cosplay, role-play, or suggestive content involving characters “pretending” to be under 18
• Depictions of violence, injuries, blood, or bodily waste
• Public nudity or nudity involving animals
• Illegal activities, weapons, or illegal drug use
• Dangerous misuse of everyday objects (e.g., implied use as sex toys)
• Promises of in-person meetings, contests, or giveaways tied to real-world encounters
• Content featuring multiple individuals whose age, identity, or consent has not been clearly verified
• "Shoutout for shoutout" (SFS) content that links to external platforms violating these rules

6. Age Restrictions & Adult Content

TrustyFans is for users 18 and older only. A soft age gate is in place to deter underage access.

Even though we are an adult-oriented platform, we do not allow any nudity, sexually explicit behavior, or violent imagery.

7. Privacy and Personal Information

• Never share another user's personal details - including real names, contact information, financial data, or social profiles - without their explicit consent.
• Doxxing or exposing private information is grounds for immediate removal.

• Do not impersonate individuals, brands, or other creators.
• Bots, scrapers, or automated tools are not permitted.
• No spam, fraudulent activity, or manipulation of platform systems.
• Promoting or glorifying illegal conduct will not be tolerated.

9. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

TrustyFans celebrates diversity across identity, background, lifestyle, and expression - provided that all content remains legal, respectful, and consensual. We support inclusive spaces where everyone can create and connect.

10. Community Expectations

• Support others positively and constructively.
• Report harmful content or behavior.
• Engage with integrity and respect the rules — your presence helps shape the culture.

11. Review Integrity and Manipulation

TrustyFans values honest, constructive feedback. We prohibit any attempt to manipulate reviews or public feedback systems, including:

• Posting false, misleading, or malicious reviews
• Coordinated “review bombing” by individuals or groups
• Creators hiring or incentivizing others to post negative reviews about competitors
• Reviews intended to harass, defame, or damage the reputation of another user

Violations may result in removal of reviews, account penalties, or permanent suspension.

12. Moderation and Enforcement

TrustyFans may moderate or remove any content or account that violates these Guidelines. Enforcement may include:

• Content removal
• Warnings or temporary suspensions
• Permanent account bans
• Reporting to law enforcement when required

We reserve the right to act at our sole discretion and are not obligated to provide prior notice. If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may contact support to request a review. However, all enforcement actions are ultimately at the discretion of TrustyFans.

13. Updates to These Guidelines

These Guidelines may be updated to reflect changes in law, platform policy, or community standards. Your continued use of TrustyFans after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
